No, you don’t have to be home! We will clean your bins as long as they are easily accessible by the roadside. Please note that our staff will not enter fences, garages, or other closed spaces.

Yes, your bins must be empty for us to complete our cleaning. Please be sure to schedule your cleaning(s) for a date when your bins will be empty.

We won’t handle any trash bins that are damaged with large cracks. It’s not safe for us, or our truck!

For the health and safety of our staff, we are unable to service these bins. Since the truck was sent to complete the job, you will be charged for 50% of the service. However, we are happy to reschedule if you contact us and give us notice ahead of time.

If we can’t access your bins, we will contact you to try and resolve the issue. However, if we’re unsuccessful, a 50% service charge will apply.

If we encounter delays, we will contact you and schedule a cleaning for the following day or at the earliest convenience.

Yes, as powerful as our system is, some items such as concrete splatter, asphalt tar, paint, and black wear marks just like to stick around.

You only pay after the bins have been cleaned! However, we do require a card on file at the time of the booking.

We collect the mess. 95% of the water is collected in our advanced hopper tanks, filtered, boiled, and finally reclaimed as greywater to be used again!
